Antineoplastic means any of several drugs that control or kill neoplastic cells. They are used in chemotherapy to kill cancer cells. All have unpleasant side effects that may include nausea and vomiting and hair loss and suppression of bone marrow function.

Years ago, I audited psych notes and found the abbreviations "no si" or "si negative." Unaware at the time what this meant I spent about thirty minutes until I found "suicidal ideation" which means "suicidal thoughts". You will typically see "no hi" or "hi negative" next to it as well, which means "homicidal ideation." - Jeff
