It establishes the Terms and Conditions of this Course and your unique
ID and password for any online module.

agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. All Online Coding and
Billing Modules are for single-user, licensed customers only. User ID and passwords are for
a single use
only. Sharing of ID's or passwords is prohibited and can result in
cancellation of an account.
2. Ritecode Inc. makes no guarantees, either
implicitly or explicitly, that participants in the coding certification
preparation course will pass a coding certification exam.
3. The cost of the actual coding
certification exam, and
providing a certification exam IS NOT INCLUDED with this preparation
course. It is the participants responsibility to contact the
appropriate association for testing dates, forms and fees.
4. Participants will be permitted access
to the online database for a period of 180 days (six months) from the
date of registration. There are NO refunds once you have had
access to the material.
5. Ritecode Inc., at its
own discretion, will decide if any terms of the this agreement have
been violated by customer. Upon written e- mailed notification to
Customer of Terms of Use violations, Ritecode Inc. may revoke
customer's license to use Online Coding Certification Prep Course. In
that event, Customer agrees to any and all of the following:
a) Customers found in violation of this
agreement, found reselling or redistributing Online Coding
Certification Prep Course, or making Members Area ID and password
public to anyone in any manner will forfeit their Members area
password and all rights to future versions of Online Coding
Certification Prep Course.
b). Customer will no longer be licensed
to run any version of Online Coding Certification Prep Course.
c) CPT codes, descriptions, and
material only are Copyright 2000 American Medical Association. All
Rights Reserved. No fee schedules, basic units, relative values, or
related listings are included in CPT. The AMA assumes no liability for
the data contained herein. Applicable FARS/DFARS restrictions apply to
government use.

disclaims responsibility for any errors in CPT that may arise as a
result of CPT being used in conjunction with any software and/or

medical services. The responsibility for the content of this
file/product is with the Ritecode Inc. and no
endorsement by the AMA is intended or implied. The AMA disclaims
responsibility for any consequences or liability attributable to or
related to any use, non-use, or interpretation of information
contained or not contained in this file/product. This Agreement will
terminate upon notice if you violate its terms. The AMA is a third
party beneficiary to this Agreement.
Indemnification 1. Customer agrees that
it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Ritecode Inc., and any persons affiliated with
said company, harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs
and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Ritecode Inc., its agents, its customers, officers and
employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or
performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer,
its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify
and hold harmless Ritecode Inc., its agents, its
customers, officers, and employees, against liabilities arising out
of; a) any injury to person or property caused by an products sold or
otherwise distributed in connection with Ritecode Inc. products; (b) any material supplied by customer infringing or
allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; c)
copyright infringement and (d) any defective products sold to customer
from Ritecode Inc. products.
This course may not be distributed in
whole or part, in print, or electronically, freely, for pay, or any
other form of compensation.
