If the product is online, Register
your own User ID and Password at this link. This
form does NOT bill you.
If the product is a Sample
exam or Operative Reports (hardcopy),
it will be sent to you via Email. Most are sent either in MS
Word or .rtf format. This is very fast and efficient. We can
send it regular mail for a Postage and Handling fee of $5 which
you can add to the Price. You don't need a User ID or password
for documents that are sent to you.

If you wish to pay
by Check make the check

Lane, Ste 4, Cordova TN 38016. If you are sending a check,
please email us when you send it and again, three days later, to
confirm if we've received it.
You
cannot access the online module until your ID and password
are approved. We
approve you after we have received payment.
Once payment is received, we
will authorize your ID and password and send you the link
(location) of the
course. There is no link on
www.ritecode.com directly
to the course.
