The pancreas

Pineal gland 

No CPT procedures

The parotid gland is part of the salivary gland -- nothing to do with carotid body.

The Thryoid Gland is a part of the endocrine (hormone) system and plays a major role in regulating the body's metabolism.

Thyroglossal duct cyst

Thyroid Lobectomy [CPT 60220]: The entire thyroid lobe is resected; a lobe is excised. 

Thyroidectomy: 60240 - 60270 - note whether it is:

Partial 

Subtotal, in which more than two-thirds of the gland is removed.

Complete

Total,  typically performed in cases of cancer of the thyroid. 

Limited 

Less than a Subtotal.
